The mail server rejects it before it even considers sending to the spam filter and thats why it doesn't show up on my logs. I have changed the MX records and now can access mail on, but if I try to add these mailboxes to my Outlook desktop app I get the message 'Name Could Not be Matched to a Name in the Address List'.

Even so, they contractually require clients to go through them to seek Microsoft 365 product support. I am currently migrating the family domain (MX records at least) away from GMail to GoDaddy/365. GoDaddy is an internet domain registrar and web hosting company, not a Microsoft 365 consultant.

I'm scratching my head a bit and Godaddy support has been less helpful than I would prefer. When advanced technical issues arise, GoDaddy offers the bare minimum.
